‘Old hands’ James Grealy and Rob Hankins establish ‘hands on’ aged care consultancy

Ex CEO of Aquarius Aged Care, James Grealy, and Ex CEO of ECH, Rob Hankins, have teamed up to launch Tierra Health, an aged care management consulting firm.

Grealy successfully sold Aquarius, a private operator of nine residential facilities with 551 beds, to Opal early last year.

Hankins, who is responsible for Business Development, called ‘time’ at ECH after 14 years as CEO.

They offer a unique consulting service. They say:
