The South Australian Government this week announced a $5 million-plus investment in housing for the elderly, refugees and youth in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. Housing Minister Jennifer Rankine said it was important there was more housing for vulnerable people, given the high cost of living. Helping Hand Aged Care, Portway Housing Association, the Adelaide Benevolent Society and Service to Youth Council will receive most of the money for building projects.
