After almost a decade of planning Hyecorp Property Group is ready to progress on a $95 million senior’s development at the site of the old Club Willoughby in northern Sydney.
The residential stage of the mixed use development will include a 126-units with 102 designated for over 55-year-olds and the remaining 24 for all age groups.
The seniors living complex will include a concierge, dining facilities and onsite consulting rooms for a doctor and physiotherapist.
The club redevelopment will include multiple restaurants, café, lounge and bar facilities set across three floors.
It will also offer a 1,500 sqm multi-purpose area, meeting spaces for community groups as well as a retail component.
Hyecorp Property Group managing director Stephen Abolakian said the design of the development had an aim to high-quality living options for residents who wanted to age in place.
The development is expected to begin construction by early 2022 and is expected to be complete sometime in 2025.
