ACT’s Goodwin selects PBS to build Stage One of The Central – 70 units

Every new development by ACT Not For Profit village and care operator Goodwin wins design and construction awards – and they do not do things by half, which must require solid funding. They have just awarded Stage One of Teh Central village – 70 units – to construction firm PBS who state in their press release that “apartments are of a higher specification than you would normally expect to find in developments of this style”. Goodwin will expect them to perform.

The Central will be a dedicated village growing to 135 units.
