Aevum’s Target’s Statement – independent valuation 38% higher than Stockland offer

Aevum has released a ‘Target’s Statement’ which lists its valuation according to Lonergan Edwards & Associates Ltd (LE&A), the independent hired to advise on the $1.50 a share Stockland takeover offer. LE&A has valued Aevum at between $1.91 and $2.22 a share in their report.
