Star Rating provider previews were “temporarily paused” by the Department of Health and Aged Care on 26 July 2023, to address “a technical issue” affecting some Quality Measures in the Government Provider Management System (GPMS).
The Department told The SOURCE that on 31 July 2023, it wrote to providers informing them the issue was rectified and the preview period resumed.
As a result of the delay, the Star Ratings provider preview has been extended by a week, closing on 7 August.
The new Star Ratings will be published on My Aged Care when the extended preview period closes.
