ARV continues to find land in unusual places. They have purchased 5.8 hectares within
the University of Western Sydneys (UWS) Kingswood campus, with concept plans for a
new retirement village, including an aged care facility, now approved by Penrith Council.

Planning Minister, Frank Sartor, to be built as part of Landcoms rejuvenation of the
Victoria Park precinct in industrial Zetland.
