Community living
Is this the best advertisement a retirement living operator can get?

There is no make-up, no stylists on hand, and none of the clothes have been brought in to stand out. The seven people in this photo are from Roger Kwok’s first retirement village, Arcadia Waters Maddington, 20km southeast of Perth’s CBD. They have been residing at Arcadia Group’s village since it opened 20 years ago.

“It is a relaxing way to live,” said Kay Pen-Dennis, the first resident to move into Arcadia Waters Maddington.

“I have a lot of friends and the staff are always there for you. I’ve never regretted it for a moment.”

Arcadia Group celebrated its pioneer residents at an award ceremony held at the climax of its anniversary fair.

Arcadia Group is now managing and operating nine retirement communities in Australia.

“Since its inception, we have strived to create a secure environment that fosters a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. The longevity of these seven residents is a living testament to the success of our approach,” said Roger.
