RetireAustralia has kicked off the marketing campaign for Arcadia, its 30th retirement village – tapping Brisbane agency New Word Order to handle naming, brand and a full launch across channels.
“For all the projects we’ve undertaken with long-term client RetireAustralia, Arcadia is the most ambitious,” the agency said, calling it a true “from go to whoa” brief.
Positioned in Parkside Yeronga, Arcadia Retirement Living comprises 169 premium apartments and a 10-suite care hub – the operator’s second – within Economic Development Queensland’s Yeronga Priority Development Area.
The 3.1-hectare PDA will transform the former TAFE site into an intergenerational precinct, with Arcadia co-located alongside JGL Properties townhouses, Brisbane Housing Corporation apartments, the completed Yeronga Community Centre, and 4,000sqm of open space.
A Sales Suite opened on site last week. Stage One, designed by Marchese Partners I Life 3A and built by Hutchinsons, is slated to open early next year. Marchese says each residence is crafted for connection, comfort and safety – pairing premium finishes and natural light with intuitive layouts and integrated smart technology to support independent living.
