1 min read

Rob Nichols, fresh from the announcement that Pacific Equity Partners and property developer Mirvac will pay $1.01 billion for Singapore global long-term investor GIC's 95% stake in Serenitas, opened the new clubhouse at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Hervey Bay on QLD'S Fraser Coast Region last Friday.

It is a busy time for Rob. Serenitas’ Thyme brand is about to open new communities in Canungra, on the Gold Coast Hinterland; Rothwell, 28km north of Brisbane’s CBD; and Forster on the NSW Mis-North Coast.

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Hervey Bay clubhouse has sweeping views of the resort’s lake and protected nature reserve. It features alfresco dining spaces, fire pit and bowling green. In addition, there is a coffee lounge, private bar, sport bars, ten pin bowling, cinema, library and arts and craft studio. Houses are on sale in the resort from $523,000.

Thyme Evans Head, in NSW's Northern Rivers, will open its clubhouse early next year and Lucas Lifestyle Estate in Ballarat, 110km northwest of Melbourne, has opened a newly renovated community club and has a new pavilion, with an indoor heated pool, sports bar and hobby shed.
