The aged care provider, which also provides home care, childcare, training, and disability services in Sydney and Wollongong, has been planning the $38 million project for eight years.

Following a challenging approval process through Hornsby Shire Council and with a narrow, complex site, the project's architect Lara Calder, Managing Director at Calderflower Architecture and Interiors, told The SOURCE she was "incredibly proud" of the completed aged care home.

The aged care facility component of the development includes 97 rooms with ensuites. A separate building contains 11 one and two-bedroom Independent Living Units, separated by a courtyard and with a common driveway and shared basement.

The builders were Richard Crookes Construction and project managers were Linear Project Management.
