Peninsula Villages to use prefabricated homes for $2M affordable housing expansion on NSW Central Coast ​

The provider – which has three co-located villages and aged care facilities – has received approval from Council to build another 16 prefabricated homes plus convert a community hall into two homes for seniors’ accommodation at Umina, 85km north of the Sydney CBD. 

The site already houses 12 residents with a disability and on low incomes across 13 homes and is being fully funded by Peninsula Villages without government support.
