The ABC’s Four Corners program reviewed the negative experience of four families with the aged care complaints system, called the Complaints Investigation Service (CIS). ACSA CEO Greg Mundy was also interviewed extensively but little got to air. In 2007-8 CIS investigated 7,496 complaints with only 930 cases (12%) resulting in a finding of breaches of an aged care providers responsibilities.
