Anchor Excellence was founded in 2018 by Cynthia Payne after having completed 15 years tenure as CEO for a leading NSW aged care provider.
Today the company boasts a team of 10 consultants / advisors who each have diverse experience and skills. They are each an aged care leader in their own right and cover strategy, aged care operations, clinical governance, consumer experience, asset management, procurement and refurbishment, asset planning and development as well as compliance remediation. We boast the largest achievement in supporting sanctioned homes with statutory appointment having been appointed the National Administrator and Advisor for BUPA Australia as well as three other homes. A total of 18 homes have successfully transferred back to compliance.
