As a family owned company, we understand the importance of designing and building quality aged care developments that positively contribute to our community’s social infrastructure.
Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is a private, family-owned construction company that has been building for government and private clients since 1976. Our business is based on maintaining long-term relationships with clients, partners and subcontractors.
We believe the success of every project depends on the ability of our personnel and the synergy of our project teams. With 600 staff, our personnel’s depth of experience enables the company to deliver 50 projects at any one time across all major industry sectors for projects up to $300m in value.
RCC has a long history in the design and construction of specialised social infrastructure. In 2015 we invested further in RCC’s dedicated Aged Care and Retirement Living division, matching our capabilities in the health and social housing sectors. Our subsequent 300% growth in aged care delivery is recognition of our ability to deliver quality, state of the art facilities which still feel like home and provide better living for residents.
RCC has been building for 42 years and innovating in the aged care and retirement living sector since 1993, as a result, we are cognisent of the mounting demographic and cost pressures of infrastructure and care provider availability.
Having successfully delivered a range of Residential Aged Care Facilities, Independent Living Units and Retirement Villages in NSW and ACT metropolitan and regional areas, RCC underwrites the success of major new facilities and the necessary transformation of existing homes to emulate the amenity and aesthetics of today.
Our joint General Managers, Martin Patience and Rod Burger are leading RCC’s Aged Care focus and are supported by our regional General Managers, Luke Gerathy and Michael Ensor. Our Aged Care Leaders, supported by over 20 teams, have the right combination of understanding and experience, allowing clients to design bigger and more complex facilities across NSW and ACT and to refocus on quality, home-like developments that better service the aged care community.
