Sydney’s Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) win appeal to allow investigation of Macauley’s Beach site, south of Sydney

Despite the possibility of being a habitat of the green and gold bell frog plus rare turpentine forests, and being a site for sacred secret women’s business, the Land and Environment Court has given ARV the right to proceed with test drilling of its planned retirement village site for 250 ILUs.
