Stockwell tells investors Solana Lifestyle Resorts will provide 10.5% cash return per year

Mark Stockwell’s Queensland development business is actively promoting three land lease community investment funds based on Solana Lifestyle Resorts.

Stockwell, which has set up 28 investment funds with $380 million of assets under management, is now seeking investors to finance costs “relating to the acquisition and development of each community in the Solana portfolio”.

There will be 244 homes in Mackay, the coastal town of 1770 - Agnes Water, and Hervey Bay.

Solana Lifestyle Resort’s first over 50s community on Bribie Island was completed last year. All 200 homes have been sold.

They state the investment will see a cash return of 10.5% per year and a 24-month investment term is anticipated.
