Linda Feldt appointed CEO of ACH Group after Interim role

The South Australian Not For Profit operator appointed Linda Feldt Interim CEO in November 2023, after former CEO Frank Weits stepped down from the top job.

She joined ACH Group, which offers home care, residential aged care, retirement living and care for people living with dementia, as Group Financial Controller in 2015. she subsequently held the roles of Head of Home Care, General Manager Service Delivery - Home Care and Community, General Manager Customer Care and became Chief Operating Officer in July 2023.

Imelda Lynch, who was appointed ACH Group Chair in October 2023 after Aged Care Taskforce member Mary Patetsos vacated the role, said the Board had been "extremely impressed" with Linda's performance in the Interim role and during her time with the organisation.

"Since joining ACH Group nine years ago, Linda has led our business and operating model transformation to meet regulatory requirements while ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do," Imelda said.

“Right now we are on the cusp of releasing our new strategy which will see ACH Group invest significantly in people, services and assets.

"Linda’s energy and expertise are exactly what we need going forward.”

“Having the chance to lead ACH Group into our next phase of growth, with a focus on wellness, innovation and connected communities, is hugely exciting," Linda said.

Linda previously worked in senior commercial, finance and customer roles across the disability and aged care sectors in SA, as well as in multinational and international corporations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. She is a CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

ACH Group supports more than 9,000 customers in SA through its residential aged care homes, retirement villages, and help in the home. In September 2023, the organisation opened its $40 million Healthia development, featuring a 96-bed residential care home and GP, nursing and allied health clinic. Healthia is located in the Playford Health and Wellbeing Precinct, about 30km north of the Adelaide CBD.
