With a land bank of 2000 home sites, the Victorian based Links Group has the potential to become an upmarket player in the retirement village (RV) sector. The developer has submitted plans for a $50 million re-development of the former Geelong Golf Club course which include 120 lots for a retirement village, a residential land subdivision of 191 lots, a Professional Golfers Association of Australia (PGAA) golf academy and driving range.
