Sydney-based Not For Profit provider of home support services for older people, Your Side, has made new boardroom appointments after several long-standing directors retired and in the context of the changing regulatory environment.

"We are elevating our oversight and governance of clinical care, quality, customer engagement, and technology with the appointments of these four professionals," Your Side said in a statement.

The appointments are as follows.

In this role he established a private health insurance-funded Hospital-In-The-Home service.

Adj Prof John G Kelly AM has worked in the health sector for 40 years and has had broad exposure to public and private healthcare delivery in remote, regional and urban settings, including community-based care delivery, disability and aged care.
