Simon Owen, the businessman who led two small village operators to being listed in the ASX and took Ingenia Communities Group from an unloved basket case to a thriving $1.65 billion sector leader, is now in charge of Brisbane-based Eureka Group Holdings, which was Australia's only pure-play Over 50s rental village operator.
