Aevum reluctantly accepts Stockland takeover

Aevum has declared Stocklands bid of $1.80 per share “not fair but reasonable” and has recommended short to medium term shareholder acceptance of the $268 million takeover offer. But in their statement to the ASX, Aevum’s board declared that no Director had decided to accept Stockland’s offer, their reluctance towards the takeover loud and clear.
