Australia’s largest Not For Profit aged care provider will open Willowdale, on land adjoining the Stockland Willowdale Retirement Village, in Denham Court, 44km southwest of Sydney’s CBD.
There will be 144 rooms and care apartments, which will offer a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and lounge with full hotel services.
Bolton Clarke Willowdale will provide additional care options to support Stockland Willowdale residents and the broader local community to age in place.
Bolton Clarke, which bought Allity in December 2021 and purchased Acacia Living Group in November 2021, claims it is among only 2% of aged care providers offering a full continuum of care from at home support to retirement living and residential aged care.
