Mercy Health wants to build a $45 million, four-storey aged care facility at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, about 80km south of the Melbourne CBD.
The proposed development would have basement parking, a rooftop terrace, 63 low-care units over three floors, 16 units for up to 128 high-care residents, a restaurant, cafe, pool, gym, wellness centre, and beauty salon. The site is close to the Rosebud Hospital and Rosebud Plaza.
