Aged care
Westpac Leading Conversations: can aged care operators be more productive?

Where are the key bottlenecks in aged care, and how can those inefficiencies be improved upon?

Five aged care leaders have considered this question, and others, at the recent Westpac Leading Conversations lunch in Melbourne, hosted by Westpac and DCM Group.

The event brought together a panel of sector leaders, including:

The discussion was facilitated by Chris Baynes, CEO of DCM Group, alongside DCM Institute Executive Director James Wiltshire.

The aim of the session was to get leaders talking about change and what transformation will be required to meet the wave of Baby Boomers entering the aged care system.

DCM Group is advocating for Plan T – Transformation, a sector-wide shift where leaders identify bottlenecks, address inefficiencies, and share solutions that can be scaled across the industry.

The second video from the session is now available to watch - see above. The final video in the series of three will be released next week. View last week's Conversations at the Wharf video here.
