Home care software platform AlayaCare has received Notice of Intent (NOI) certification from Services Australia for integration into the new Support at Home systems, allowing it to deliver, track and make claims for services from 1 November 2025.

The NOI provides certification that AlayaCare's platform can accurately and securely interface with Services Australia's systems.

The Support at Home reforms come in from 1 November 2025, four months later than initially planned after the Australian Government postponed the rollout to give both providers and the Government more time to prepare.

“We’re incredibly proud to be one of the first software vendors to achieve this milestone,” said Annette Hili, General Manager of AlayaCare ANZ.

“This certification reinforces our leadership in the sector and shows we’re not only ready for the Support at Home reforms, we’re perfectly positioned to help providers manage the transition with confidence.

"This certification is an indication of how thorough our plan was in preparation for this moment which really demonstrates the expertise of our people, and reinforces our commitment to staying ahead of reform timelines.”

Kylie Green, Digital Enablement Manager with retirement living and ageing services provider ECH said, “AlayaCare has consistently engaged with providers to co-design solutions that reflect the practical realities of care delivery.

"Knowing we’ve partnered with a vendor now certified and integrated with Services Australia gives us confidence that our transition into the Support at Home funding model will be seamless."
