After being stalled for three years it looks like the Carnegie Cove development is going ahead but uncertainty surrounds the 104 ILU village component, despite 12 presales in the bag. Located at Bonny Hills, 15kl south of Port Macquarie, it has been purchased by a Port Macquarie/Sydney consortium. The value of the sale is not known until settlement.
