New BCS CEO, Ross Low, has turned the first sod on Gracewood Community, a $166million development at Kellyville in Sydneys northwest. Stage One will include 73 independent living apartments, swimming pool, gym, hair salon and medical rooms, Club House, chapel, coffee shop and restaurant. The next three stages are planned over 5 years and will include another 158 ILUs and a 160 bed care facility. Few private operators can finance this type of program.
