300 new villages being built plus 245 villages expanding

Property advisor Jones Lang LaSalle comprehensively researched the village market to report that 300 villages are propose, approved or already building across Australia, totalling 40,000 ILUs. In addition 245 existing villages (or 14%) are building new ILU stock. This represents a 33%+ increase in the number of ILUs across the country.

Economic forecaster IBISWorld predicts the number of villages will grow from 1,750 today to 2,900 in 10 years (66% growth).
