St Andrews Healthcare Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital has been sold by Colliers property agent Shane Nicholson for $29.86M. With 61 beds, it is located close to Sydneys Westmead Hospital. Leases with tenants Pulse Health and Generation REIT had to be renegotiated to make the deal happen resulting in a new yield of 8.75%.
