The Country Womens Association (CWA) State Executive has agreed for its mid NSW South Coast Narooma branch to redevelop the clubs premises into a retirement village. The existing Services Club building and the CWA building will be knocked down to allow 50 ILUs in two blocks to be built, most with stunning water outlooks and Main Street locations. The developer is the Narooma Retirement Village Group (NRV). Jointly they are seeking a suitable Not-For-Profit retirement village operator to join the project.
