ACT Government bows to village industry pressure and resident demands on Village Act overhaul

The ACT Government has agreed to adopt NSW laws rather than overhaul the current ACT Act. Operators and residents both claimed it would have added cost and complexity, including operators refusing to enter the ACT market.
