Every new development by ACT Not For Profit village and care operator Goodwin wins design and construction awards and they do not do things by half, which must require solid funding. They have just awarded Stage One of Teh Central village 70 units to construction firm PBS who state in their press release that apartments are of a higher specification than you would normally expect to find in developments of this style. Goodwin will expect them to perform.
The Central will be a dedicated village growing to 135 units.
