While much of the care industry is retreating from providing new high and low care, Aevum sees increasing profits. They state there site only (i.e. no corporate overheads) EBITDA profit per bed as $8,984 for high care and $11,412 for low care, and were also claiming that they anticipate further improvement in earning performance with the new ACFI payment scheme.
