Aevum now has 21 villages after purchasing The Cove and Wamberal Gardens, both on the NSW Central Coast, an hour north of Sydney. While both are older villages, they would appear to represent excellent value at an average price of $78,000 per ILU plus they will deliver land for 40 extra ILUs. The purchase was funded with a debt facility with Westpac.
