Michael Schneider is being investigated in a coronial inquiry about the death of Violet Webb, a resident in Amaroo Aged Care in Gosnells. He was alone with her when she broke her ankle. The nurses board has already found him incompetent for not following her care plan that required two people at all times to move her, plus not adequately reporting the incident. It is claimed he has given three different reports of events. The inquest has been adjourned to allow him to get legal advice or representation.
