The Victorian Health and Aging Department revoked the accreditation of Viva Care at Albion on 22 February, effective 8 April - but the 75 residents were reportedly only informed on Saturday 30 March, giving them nine days to find alternative accommodation. Operated by Cambridge Aged Care Group with five facilities, of which two have been sanctioned and are understood to be in voluntary administration.
