Anglicare: record pre sales for first RV project plus rebrand as Chesalon Living – 100% deposits in one week

News of strong sales continue. Before the first sod has been turned on Anglicare's Chesalon Living Village, part of the new Oran Park Township in Sydney's south west, reports have come through of 100% pre sales of the first release. 10 deposits have been taken in approximately 10 days. Very good yields were still achieved with pricing at $350-$450,000. This is CEO Rob Evers first retirement village project and it is in a challenging greenfield location, with strong new competition. He also had to create a new brand positioning, separating from Anglicare. It will include 96 independent living villas, 144 independent living units and a village club house.
