Rob Freeman has been appointed CEO of Anglican Retirement Villages. He follows a very similar career path to outgoing CEO Ken Barber, who reshaped ARV as a $1 billion village and aged care developer all concentrated in the Diocese of Sydney. Freeman leaves the position of Managing Director of publicly listed Capral Limited, which is an industrial steel company with a $500 million turnover. Like Ken Barber, he was previously a Chartered Accountant; Freeman was NSW Managing Partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
