AW Edwards: To build $31 million social and senior housing project

Builder AW Edwards has been announced as the successful tenderer for a $31 million Port Macquarie social and senior housing project. The project will include two four storey buildings with a total of 56 one and two bedroom units and a six storey building which will house 41 single bedroom units designed for seniors.
