BBC has purchased the Conform Health Group from the Mussett family and management (after 30 years of ownership) for $160 million. It delivers 12 facilities in NSW and one in Queensland, with 1,126 beds. The Bayside, Coastal Waters and Wyoming sites will be co-located with existing BBC villages.

BBC state their goal is to lead the market in the continuum of care model, providing continuing accommodation from the village to aged care. They now have 9 co-located villages. They also state that size brings economies in aged care and predict a EBITDA profit per bed of $10-$12,000 a year. Each Conform bed cost $142,000
