The CEO of Becton Group, parent of village operator Becton Living, has had his employment contract renewed, with special mention of his work on the retirement side of the business. His base salary is $600,000 plus two incentives a Short Term Incentive (to achieve benchmarks) of $275,000pa and a Long Term Incentive of $275,000pa. He moved up to CEO just 10 months ago. The base salary has not changed and he agreed not to take up his 2009 Long Term Incentive, to support cost cuttings.
