They reported 199 sales for the year ($50.2 million in new sales and $54.17 million in re-sales) which is an average of 16.5 sales per month. In the previous corresponding period they reported an average of 12.1 sales per month or 121 sales (new sales ad re-sales totalling $57.6 million. First time sales also increase Bectons dwellings under management to 991.
