Perhaps Australias longest established village and care marketing agency, Kerry and Simon Lehmans Brand Partners, has achieved a complete sell-out of Fairway Rise, a new Hobart village for Southern Cross Care Tasmania. The Brand Partners marketing and sales strategy was based exclusively on database marketing, which it launched last June. The first two stages of 29 homes have been built and occupied and the last two stages are all reserved, awaiting completion of construction.
