Bupa's Graduate Nurse Program enters its second year on a high with 25 registered nurses entering Bupa Facilities this week under the program. This represents a 56% increase on the number of graduate nurses in the program last year. The program, run in conjunction with The College of Nursing is designed to attract recent graduate nurses to the aged care industry, giving them hands on clinical exposure as well as professional development sessions.
