Chamber Developments announces joint venture with Shortland Waters Golf Club for 245 ILU village plus 130 bed facility in Newcastle – NFP partner wanted

Wollongong based Chamber Developments is venturing into its first village development in partnership with community based golf club Shortland Waters who advertised the project over two years ago. Brian Brown and Mark Stone of Chamber Developments have been attending RVA and other events building their knowledge. They are looking to partner with a Not For Profit operator for the development on completion.
