In just eight weeks every New South Wales operator will need to have the new standard contract in place or it will not be able to make an ILU sale. The legislation requires that any prospective resident must have the new Disclosure Document at least 14 days before entering a village contract meaning new documents must be in place by 15 September as a new contract is effective 1 October.
