Over the past 10 days two directors of FKP have also bought shares in the company, indicating an expectation of an increased price. Peter Brown bought 100,618 shares at $1.00 each in his own name, taking his total holding in FKP to 789,440 shares. James Frayne purchased 10,000 shares for he and his wifes superannuation fund at a cost of approximately $10,000. As of 5 November the shares were trading at $1.30, or 30% higher already.
$36M Resthaven Bellevue Heights redevelopment in Adelaide opens doors
The South Australian Not For Profit provider has opened Stage 2 of the redevelopment of Resthaven Bellevue Heights in Mitcham, 7km south of Adelaide’s CBD.
