The median superannuation savings is $13,400
The 2011 McCrindle Baynes research that captured 10,600 village residents found that just 3% of people who join a village had never married, strongly indicating spinsters cannot afford the village purchase. Interestingly 29% were widowed before moving and 6% were divorced 35% all up.
