Construction has commenced on The Bellarine Lakes Golf Park at Moolap. It is being converted into a 336 ILU resort-style retirement village. Country Club Villages director Stewart Gull says Stage One is 30 units plus community facilities. The development requires $80 million eventual funding. ILUs will sell from $300,000-$550,000. Country Club Villages is based in Ballarat and has six substantial villages in regional Victoria that it has developed.
